The much anticipated Henry Tax review has been delivered, landing with a thump on the desk of government. The government’s response was….well…decidedly light weight. I will leave you with a Former NSW Auditor Gerneral Tony Harris who was quoted as saying this about the government’s response: “It doesn’t do Australia any good to have [...] I’ve been losing sleep (again) about the ecomony and I’m not even an economist. Interest rates went up again today, “experts” suggest they will continue to rise slowly over the next year (are these the same “experts” who gave us the GFC? The mind wonders….).
